What is included, and what can I add?

The base configuration includes the standard battery and the standard Graphite finish. The builder shows an extended-range battery, a rear rack, and a headlight as optional upgrades. Custom colors, including Forest Green, are priced on request through a custom build inquiry. Final production equipment will be confirmed before orders open.

Which battery is right for my riding?

Think about your usual trip length, terrain, and where you will charge. NF designed the battery. The standard battery gives up to 55 miles, depending on rider, terrain, and conditions. Need more? The extended-range battery is priced on request, and we’ll confirm its capacity with you.

Will the scooter fit me and my space?

Rider fit, load limits, scooter weight, and measured deck, handlebar, and overall dimensions will be added to the specifications. Share your height, storage space, and transport needs in a build inquiry so these can be discussed before an order.

How will delivery and assembly work?

We arrange delivery or pickup with you when we confirm your order, and go over build timing and payment at the same time, so everything is clear before your scooter is built.

What happens when a component wears out?

NF Scooters were designed so worn parts can be replaced and the scooter kept in use. The ownership page has a parts-request form to help identify what you need; part availability and compatibility require confirmation.
