FROM THE FIRST BEND
It starts with
straight metal.
Before there is a scooter, there is a frame to make.
In our US workshop, we start with straight pieces of metal and bend the frame ourselves. That hands-on work is where the character of an NF Scooter begins.
We build in small numbers, with the people behind the product close to every part of the process. The result is a scooter with a clear sense of where it came from—and who stands behind it.

Fabrication, design, and hand assembly. Each has a part in the finished machine.
We make the frame.
Straight pieces of metal become the distinctive NF frame. We bend and fabricate it in our own shop, giving the scooter its shape from the very beginning.

The battery was designed by NF, too. Alongside our frame fabrication, it reflects the hands-on approach we take to the machine as a whole.

We pair our own fabrication and design with purchased components, then assemble each scooter by hand. A small team brings the individual parts together into your NF Scooter.

From the beginning, we designed NF Scooters so that when components wear down, you can replace those parts and keep your scooter on the road. Keeping the whole machine going was always part of the idea.
It is why some of the very first NF Scooters are still on the road today. Built to be ridden, maintained, and kept.
